2026 State Treasurers Conference CPE Form Process

How This Works:

1- Download the blank CPE form below to your computer.

Change the file name to your LAST NAME_FIRST NAME_the conference name_year (ie. Hutchinson_Susan_ STC2026), and fill it out as you attend sessions. You will submit one form, one time at the end of all sessions.
3-Code words will be spoken and put in chat one time at the beginning and end of each day. You must be logged into the webinar to see the code words in chat and hear them. You will need to include these words on your CPE form.
3- After the last session (June 17 at 1:00pm), return to this site (the link is located at the bottom of the CPE form.
4- Upload your completed CPE form using the upload link below (Upload option will only show between June 17th 1:00pm until June 30th).
5- Once you hit submit, you will see a one-time pop up confirmation window and also receive an email confirmation. (check your spam).
6 - Final deadline to submit your form is June 30th, 2026 5:00pm. Be sure to also save your completed CPE form for your own records should you be audited for CPE credits.
7 - We are unable to accept email or faxes of this document. Emailed forms will NOT be saved.
